removal of card

Hi I want to remove an old bank card from my methods of payment, I have changed my subscriptions over to my new card but when I go to remove my old card it is still coming up with "There is an active subscription on this account"

If it is still showing a subscription, then you will need to contact iTunes Support for assistance. See this and use the contact information for your location, Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support
