Are you trying to restore the phone to factory settings? Restore a backup? More information would help.

Restore to Factory setting.

Backup couldn’t be completed or you can’t restore.

Backup couldn’t be completed or you can’t restore (2).

Backup couldn’t be completed or you can’t restore (3).
