Where did audio out put source for Airplay go on Apple TV?

I noticed that I am not able to push sound to an Airplay device anymore using Apple TV. I believe this must have happened after a more recent update. Before I would be able to go into settings >> Video and Audio and then I was able to choose and airplay device. I have to assume that Apple got rid of this feature?

Sound out to AirPlay speakers and other AirPlay devices, on the Apple TV box (4th generation or later), is managed in the Audio controls pane of Control Center. Access audio controls - Use tvOS Control Center on Apple TV - Apple TV User Guide - Apple Support
