Quite simple...


For iPhone Apps that are compatible with your iPad (and vice-versa) simply download them from the Apple App Store. You can automate the download and installation of Apps by enabling this feature in Settings - on both devices:


Settings > App Store > [Automatic Downloads]

  • Apps - set to ON
  • App Updates - set to ON
