iCloud issues

If you forgot your ID and password for your iCloud account, there won't be a way to remove your iPhone from iCloud. Resetting/restoring your phone won't work as you'd need to turn off find my iPhone or enter in your Apple ID password. Your best course of action would be to try recovering your iCloud account, which should be linked to your Apple ID. You can do that here

For the Apple ID password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password. See if you can get an email option if necessary.
