Add fund to apple id

iTunes has verified my payment method, but it always refuses when I try to add funds to Apple ID

Start with this link - Payment methods that you can use with your Apple ID

Then go to this link - Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods

If it still does not work go to this link - iTunes - Official Apple Support
