Is it possible to delete a cell in a way that makes the cells e.g. to the right move left ?
In the same way I can delete a row ?
Select a cell then Control-Shift-Right Arrow to select from there to the end of the row.

Not the same way, but maybe even easier. Just select the cells to the right on that row, hold down the "mouse" button and drag them to the left.
