working with iCloud photos
I want to transfer part of my iCloud photos to my home Microsoft computer harddrive.
Can someone help?

You can log in to icloud.com, highlight the images you want to transfer, and download them.
You can also download iCloud for Windows and get to your images that way as well. See this article from Apple for more information...
