Photos in messages

I’m all of a sudden not able to send photos to Android people. Is this an issue that’s system wide or just me? How do I fix it if it’s a problem on my end

Sending photos In Messages to Android folks requires MMS messaging. MMS, sent using your cellular carrier, requires both the following:

Settings > Messages > MMS Messaging =“on”
Permission to use MMS from your cellular carrier.
