I have a new Apple Watch series 3 and I do not have the change goal setting. How or where can I find the change goal settings?

I’d like to change my goal settings in the Activity screen of my Apple Watch, but I do not have a Change Goals option at the bottom of the screen. I’ve watched tutorials on this but there is nothing at the bottom of my activity screen other than the distance I’ve walked

I am having the same issue. If I hold my finger on the Apple Watch screen with the app open, I am able to update my move goal, but I don’t have a ‘next’ option to change the other two rings - just an ‘update’ button

This is a WatchOS7 feature;

Press the digital Crown and open the Activity app in the main menu.

Apple Watch menu

With the app open,scroll down to the bottom and tap on "change goals".

You can now adjust each goal in order, starting with your Move goal. Use the Digital Crown or on-screen buttons to adjust the value to your liking. Tap “Next” and you’ll be able to adjust your Exercise goal in 15-minute increments. Tap “Next” one more time to adjust your Stand goal, in hour increments then tap "ok" to finish.
