Add Latin (a.k.a. Latina) as a keyboard language in iPad

Hi all,

I am a Latin teacher who needs to type in Latin without the annoyance of autocorrect. I can add "Latina" as a language on my MacBook Air - Mojave, 10.14.6 (see attached pic), but the option is not available for my iPad - 6th gen., iOS 14.4.

All of my students are on iPads. Is there some way around this? Is there some issue iOS has that does not allow for this language. I find it hard to believe that the same language can't be added to an iPad. PLEASE HELP!

All you can do is turn off autocorrect, if that is a problem. MacOS and iOS are different in lots of ways.
