20W charging adapter

Hello everyone I recently got a new iPhone11 and I have been using a 20W type C adapter it charges real quick and I'm happy about that but at the same time, the phone becomes quite hot! is this normal? will this affect battery health in a short period of time? I knew friends who had similar issues with iPhone12 mag safe charging. I only charge my phone like once a day most of the time sometimes when it really comes down I plug it for the second time.

Thanks in advance! :)

Normal for any device to get warm during charging or heavy use like game play.

Charge the device when not in use. You can't overcharge it.
