You can get that or some the information from the iPhone receipt. IF you have the original packaging of the old iPhone then you can check on the box. If do not have either of the above then you can call your carrier.

If you have your old iPhone tied to an Apple ID then you can visit ➔ www.appleid.com and sign in. You can check under the device list and find your old iPhone. Once you do then click on it you will see options to display Serial number.
