During incoming and outgoing calls to automated servers. The dial pad selection does not work and calls drops off.. Its Mighty Frustrating in urgent situation like medical appointments and bank calls...
Please some body help or APPLE FIXS it.

Thank you for participating in the Apple Support Communities. We understand that dial pad sounds cannot be heard by automated systems when you're on a call. Have you had a chance to Restart your iPhone since this behavior started? If you're using an accessory such as earphones, or if you're connected to a Bluetooth accessory or your car's audio system, disconnect from those devices and test your iPhone out.
There isn't a setting on your device that can be used to manage dial pad sounds when you're on a call, so if those steps don't help your carrier may have some additional troubleshooting they can go over with you.

Thanks i restarted the Iphone and dial pad input was registered and accepted by automatic calling services..
