I no longer have my email, how can I retrieve it

How can I get my email back I don’t know what happened to it but it’s no longer available to me

Contact the eMail Provider:

You would have logged into this site with an eMail address. So, if you lost the eMail address, it may have been closed on your for whatever reason. Contact the eMail provider (i.e. Google, Yahoo, AOL, Microsoft, etc.) and ask what has happened.



Ask Apple for to Modify it:

You may want to ask Apple to modify your eMail Account to what it should now be: your new eMail account. Use the following information to ask Apple this question directly:

Apple Contact Us:


Why the Wait:

Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, calls and chats are taking a bit linger to get through. And, that makes sense, because many are at home working out-of-the-house or are taking classes over-the-web, this they have more time on their hands to contact Apple Support. So, it might take a bit to get through to Apple Support. But, just stay on the line, and someone will be with you. :)
