I deleted an app, it is no longer in my Applications folder, but when I checked on Storage Management via About My Mac, it shows this particular application that is nowhere to be found and cant be deleted.

Many apps cannot be deleted by dragging the app to the trash.

Note that you may need to completely reinstall the app before you can properly remove it.
