Time for a New Battery, Maybe?:

When the Battery Health is lower than 80%, it is time for a new battery.

Go To: Settings
Tap: Battery
Tap: Battery Health
View: Percentage.

See About Getting this Serviced:

So, if less than 80% contact Apple Support, and see if you can get this serviced. Also, contact your local retailer, seeing if they offer such services.
