Sync iPhone to computer

I can't get my iPhone to sync with my computer via iTunes. I've gotten a new computer and iPhone in the last year. Never had this problem before with my old equipment, but now it does not work.

Refer to the Following:

  1. Go Here: Sync iPhone with your Computer - iPhone - Apple Support
  2. Scroll to: Set up syncing between your Windows PC and iPhone
  3. Proceed from there as necessary


What to Try:

Boot with iPhone Plugged In:

I would also, safely remove it from your computer. Boot up with it plugged in. It will take a few 30 seconds timeframes for waiting. Doing so, caches are cleared, assuredly, upon a new boot So,...

  1. Shut Down: your PC
  2. Unplug: iPhone
  3. Wait: 30 seconds
  4. Boot Up: your PC
  5. Wait: 30 seconds
  6. Shut Down: your PC
  7. Wait: 30 seconds
  8. Plug In: your iPhone
  9. Wait: 30 Seconds
  10. Boot Up: your PC
  11. See if it is then seen
