Iphone 12 Pro - crackling noises during call or while playing games

Hi,


Looks like I'm not the only one to have this issue, since day 1 I've got an issue with my iPhone 12 Pro, when playing games or sometime during a call, the 2 speakers start to make a big crackling noises for few seconds.. I've tried different thing (restarting, I've installed IOS 14.4) but it didn't solve.


I've tried to follow this link but completly useless https://support.apple.com/HT203794.


Does someone have an idea? Should I ask for a repair/replacement?

Hello,

Hmm, possibly wireless interference. This link discusses it with wireless speakers, but the same principals may apply:

Resolve Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues caused by wireless interference - Apple Support

Otherwise, your only other options is to have the phone checked:

Apple - Find Locations
