I can't call or receive any phone call.

Basically when i try to call anyone normally with my iphone7 (model MN922QL/A) nothing happens and the speaker icon is slighlty decolored meaning I can't use it. After holding a while it just beeps 3 times turning off the call. It does that with any number I tried (several). I also tried to make calls using whatsapp but it does the same, it just doesn't connect to the call. If someone is calling me I can see the call and i can answer to it, but i can't hear anything as it fails the attempt to connect. I also am not able to record vocal messages or to record at all with the app "voice memos".

Any idea? I need help.

Of course I already tried to restart it.
