Getting this message that my MacBook Pro is low on memory

I keep getting this message that my computer is low on memory but I have 207 GB available so I don’t know what is wrong.

Welcome, Breexoxo_214, to Apple Support Communities!

The Warning Dialogue box is referring to Memory, as in Random Access Memory (RAM): the Memory used in running programs.

Your statement about «hav[ing] 207 GB available», along with your image of your Macintosh HD Storage, is referring to your internal Solid-State Drive (SSD) storage: where your files are stored.

Does this help?
