I blocked someone and sent him a text while he was blocked and later on when I unblocked him I found out that he got the text. Is it because he didn’t block me that he got it even tho I blocked him? The text didn’t show it was delivered either, I’m confused.

You blocking an individual does not block you from texting them. Just you receiving texts and calls from them.
