Garage Band error with some loops

I launched Garageband for the first time in a long time on my MacBook Pro with High Sierra. As soon as it launched it updated to 10.3.5 and then I was asked if I wanted to download loops, and instruments. I said yes to all. Now certain loops generate and error when I play then. For instance, "Audio file “Alien Communication.caf” does not have sufficient access privileges. An overview can not be saved!"

I've restarted GarageBand but the error persists. I've made no changes to permissions and I am admin with read and write privileges. I've not moved any files and they are all where the installer put them which I hope is where they should have gone in the first place. Any ideas?
