Slow Safari and no title on the tabs after upgrade with macOS Big Sur

Hello,


I have experience a very slow browsing with Safari after updating to macOS Big Sur. There is no title on the tabs and crashing all the time. Anyone else with such issues?


MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.13

1. Startup in Safe Mode:    https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201262

    Login to your account.

    Launch Safari and test.

    To exit Safe Mode, click  in the menu bar and choose “Restart”.

    Test.


2. Empty Caches from Develop menu twice.

    Use the developer tools in the Develop menu in Safari on Mac ...


3. Remove website data;
