Someone got in my phone when I was sleeping they change my Apple password and I’m trying to change my Apple password and they’re messing with my phone while we were talking

If somebody has the password changed on your Apple ID and you were trying to change it back and you don’t know the current password how do you fix that

Enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get an email option if necessary.

Contact Apple Support:

I would contact Apple Support, letting them know what happened. Show this issue to Apple, by performing some screensharing with the Apple Rep while on the phone. Doing so, the Apple Rep will see what is going on from your perspective. If permitted, they’ll make the change. Before ending the call, try a Trial-&-Error session for logging in, just to make sure that all goes through. If all is successful, changes should be good from there.

Why the Wait:

Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due do lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)

Modify your Credentials:

If you suspect that you've been hacked with credential issues, then immediately consider Modifying your credentials. One major thing to consider is using a new eMail address for your Apple ID. Keep a hard copy of this information, and store it in a location that only YOU are knowledgeable of and only YOU have access to.

What to Modify:

Someone got in my phone when I was sleeping they change my Apple password and I’m trying to change my Apple password and they’re messing with my phone while we were talking
