Keyboard and mouse not recognized

i bought a Mac mini a week ago or so. I have been using it just fine with my Apple wireless keyboard and Magic Mouse pad. Today we had a power outage . When the power came back in started up my Mac and it will not recognize my keyboard or mousepad. I turned it off and unplugged, disconnected all the cables . I waited 1 minute . Plugged it all back in and still no recognition of the keyboard and mouse . Help!

Mac mini 2018 or later

Use keyboard in wired mode via Lightning cable and a wired mouse and unpair & re-pair the Bluetooth devices.
