how can i import contacts from my iphone

Two Thoughts:

A. Enable “Contacts” in iCloud Settings:

Log into iCloud on the new iPhone. Then, tap Contacts in iCloud settings, making it green.

  1. Go Here: Change your iCloud Feature Settings - Apple Support
  2. Scroll to: Turn iCloud features on or off
  3. Proceed from there as necessary


If that does not work...



B. Perform a Hard Restart:

  1. Deselect: all of these apps (so that they are "grey" in color)
  2. Tap: General
  3. Tap: Shut Down (very bottom).
  4. Swipe: Line to the Right
  5. Wait: 30 Seconds
  6. Power Back Up
