Where do I go to make a new iCloud.com email account
Instead of using my gmail account I want to make a complete new account using a brand new email account with iCloud but I can’t find where to go to make one

You must have already a gmail address created on web server https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/27441?hl=en
And then sign out existing Apple ID from an iPhone Sign out of iCloud on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple TV, or Mac - Apple Support
