Locating a documents folder on my Imac

Where on the Imac is the documents folder?


Do i need to create one?


I have the big sur os

iMac 21.5″, macOS 11.2

The easiest method of finding it is to open a Finder Window and open the Sidebar. You will likely find the folder there, just click it and off you go. If you want to see it's path then follow the instructions below:


  1. Click View at the top of your screen.
  2. Click Show Path Bar.


Then look at the bottom of the Finder Window that is open.
