Try force restarting your app and try force restarting your app.

if above solution doesn’t work go for these

• Try and see if your phone is connected to the internet
• try launching another app that uses internet if it works then problem is in the app itself
• Check if there is any VPN connected
• try Restarting phone
• Try reinstalling your app
• Reinstall the app switch off the phone and turn on again after 30 seconds
