Removing apps from iPad but not phone.

My iPad and phone are linked so that the apps show up on both devices. There is one app I want to remove from my iPad but not my phone because it wasn’t designed at all for the iPad and crashes. I’m afraid if I remove it it will be deleted from the phone too. I need it on the phone.

Is there a way to unlink just this one app?

Removing an App from one device will have no impact upon the same App installed on other devices.
