Big Sur Mail - All Junk & All Trash missing!

We see you're missing your Junk and Trash folders in the Mail app on your Mac.

To aid us in isolating this issue, can you clarify the following?

• Are these under the "On My Mac" section of the Mail app or associated to a specific account such as iCloud or Outlook?
• Have any mail accounts been recently removed from your Mac prior to the emails disappearing?
• If you have access to your accounts on other devices such as an iPhone or iPad, are the missing messages there?

Additionally, do you have a pre-existing Time Machine backup of your Mac? If so, you can check your Time Machine backup for options to restore missing data here:
