How do I stop this from happening again, it has happened to me twice in the past 24 hours, my phone doesn’t have any service and when I did what this page said, it happened again in 24 hours

I had the problem with my phone where it keeps saying I don’t have service, even when I’m in heavily populated places that have service. Then when I go to the Apple page it sends me to and update my iOS using my computer the same problem happened within 24 hours. What do I do?

iPhone 7, iOS 14

There is a known issue with some iPhone 7 phones for this. See if your phone qualifies under this service bulletin --> iPhone 7 Repair Program for "No Service" Issues - Apple Support
