I had the problem with my phone where it keeps saying I don’t have service, even when I’m in heavily populated places that have service. Then when I go to the Apple page it sends me to and update my iOS using my computer the same problem happened within 24 hours. What do I do?

Thank you for your help, it turns out my phone is one of those phones, do you know if I’m able to trade my phone in without getting it repaired or do I have to get it repaired first?
Your phone must be working to trade it in.
I'm pretty sure you'll have to have it repaired first.
How do I stop this from happening again, it has happened to me twice in the past 24 hours, my phone doesn’t have any service and when I did what this page said, it happened again in 24 hours
