Poor battery life on MacBook Pro (2019) w Touch Bar (A1989)

I am experiencing a very disappointing and poor battery life on the MacBook Pro (2019) 13 inch model that is expected to last 10 hours according to Apple. I solely use Safari (with one window and less than 10 tabs) to surf through the web, and Spotify to listen to music. However, the battery could not last long, and at most only 4 hours. I am at a cycle count of 601 and only got this Mac less than 2 years ago.

What should I do to extend the battery life? My brightness is usually around 50% and my work only includes using Google Drive. I tried resetting the SMC and PRAM and neither of those have any effect on the battery life. I also did an Apple Diagnostic but it says there are no issues. The full charge capacity for this Mac is 5088mAh according to coconutBattery and my max possible charge capacity is currently 4299mAh. Any suggestions to extend the battery life, or get near to 10 hours is appreciated!

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.2

Those idealized project numbers are a marketing tool—real life conditions/usage never will match the idealized scenerio—this is the way it has always worked.

If you are near the mains leave it plugged in, if you need the portability then run on battery. Your battery will never over charge.
