Installing iOS 14.4.1

Hi,

I am unable to install 14.4.1.

Error message : Unable to install 14.4.1

Retry or Remind me later

my current iOS version is 13.3

Any help is much appreciated

I am facing network issues after updating to 14.4.1 in my iPhone 11. Tried restarting few times and checked in different locations. The network signal shows full, the internet works but calls does not work. Sometimes internet too does not work.
