I want to share a video in 1080 x 1350 resolution. The project is set in that dimension but when I share, the max option is 1024 x 1280. I've just updated and before I could just go for 1080 x 1350. Can anyone help me?

It helped me to save this in 1080 x 1350 as a .mov. However, I want to save it as a mp4. Do you know how to do this directly from FCPX? As I said, before I had the option straight away from the share menu.
Ah! Nostalgia... old MPEGStreamclip used to be able to rewrap as mov or mp4 without reencoding.
But in reality the file being in a mov or mp4 container is just a matter of a few bytes in the header, as the containers are almost the same. In fact the mp4 standard was based on Quicktime.
Almost any system that can play an mp4 can play your mov without modifications. Why do you require one and not the other?
In fact, you could just change the file extension in the Finder and it would still work.
As I said before: choose "Video and Audio" instead of "Computer".
What export settings are you using?
File->Share->Master File, then choose Video and Audio, and H264.
If you choose “Computer” or”Apple Devices” there are issues like you are describing.
Before what? You would have to send the project to Compressor to do what you want, or use Handbrake to convert the QuickTime file.
