menu missing on mirrored display

How do I get the menu to display on the mirrored monitor? It shows up fine on the macbook and is just above the top of the other monitor. Any ideas?

You can SCALE it under System Preferences display. Your other monitor may also have a menu which can adjust the vertical position of the picture
