My iPhone 12 Pro rings on silent.

My phone rings for phone calls even when I have the silent mode switch on (the red is showing on the switch). How do I fix this? I have an iPhone 12 Pro and my software is up to date.

The first (and simplest) thing to try if something isn’t working right is to restart your iPhone:
