My updates are turned on but phone is not updating
iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 12
Go to Settings > General > About > Version. If you are at iOS 12.5.1 that is as high as you can update to. The iPhone 6 Plus does not have sufficient RAM to run iOS 13 and later.
