Swipe isn’t working

I can’t swipe to unlock my iPhone XR, because it disappeared

After restart it appeared and I could to swipe to unlock IPhone

What is the problem?

Restart it and test again. If that fails have it examined. All locations are open and Best Buy can also do the work.
