dark/inverted color scheme iPhone 12 pro

All of a sudden my iPhone 12 pro (running on iOS 14.4) has a faded/dark color scheme. Dark backgrounds in all apps, all icons are different colors than before, and overall color is dark. I have tried switching from light to dark mode, this isn't it. I have tried inversion of color, as well as changing from standard to zoom mode, then back to standard. I have also tried powering down and turning back on. However, when I screenshot something, the screenshot looks how as if my phone has normal coloration and white background.....Im at a loss here...any advice??
