I have 2 iphones on my apple id. I created a new apple id for my 2nd phone. how do i log off and log in with new apple id?

Back it ip to a computer.
Wipe the phone to factory with Settings, General, Reset, Erase all content and settings
Set up as new from the Hello screen with the new Apple ID.
Restore from backup
