Itunes refund not received..

I have sent a refund which I payed for with a giftcard, I waited 48 hours and got a update email that normally tells me it got refunded, on the reportaproblem page it also says it got refunded, there is also no receipt to the refund and I did not get the the refund added to my store-balance. I have contacted support for this with no success, they told me to wait and I did, two full days! And still didn't get one.. hope to get it as soon as possible as it was a high amount. If anyone has an answer to this or experienced this before please let me know! :)

After you request a refund you'll receive an email update within 48 hours about whether your refund has been granted. If your request is granted, the time it takes for the money to appear on your account or statement depends on the payment method. Refunds go back to the method used to make the payment originally.

- Store credit: 48 hours

- Mobile phone billing: Up to 60 days

- Other payment methods: Up to 30 days for it to appear on a statement.

You can also sign into https://reportaproblem.apple.com to check if the status of your item is "Refunded".
