I can’t create new Apple ID on my phone. Can you please do something?

I wanted to create ID on the phone my husband gave me, but it said there were already few IDs you can not create one?

From any computer's browser, go to https://appleid.apple.com/account#!&page=create and create your new Apple ID there. Then you can use it on your iPhone. For moire info, see:
