Sibelius Music Notation Application Access to Documents

Unable to add the Sibelius app to Security Privacy setting to "allow access to files and folders". The + sign is greyed-out. Any thoughts?

The problem has resolved after quitting the app and restarting the computer. I'm not sure what caused the problem in the first place, or how these actions resolved the issue.
