Apple Account disabled for App Store and itunes

But only in my iPad. Still can update and install apps on my phone, and I use the same account on both. Can also use the internet on my iPad. Whenever I try to update an app or use App Store it gives me the message “Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes”. Already tried changing the password twice and still exactly the same issue afterwards.. anyone know what’s going wrong or have any advice? Thanks
