When you create albums and move photos to the album, does Photos create a duplicate copy or just tag it with that album name?

The photo just gets tagged with the album name, so you can create lots of albums without increasing the size of your library.

One point to highlight, make sure you remove all photos from an album before deleting it due to a current bug.
