I cannot contact Apple Support because I cannot turn on my computer, therefore I cannot get my serial number. I’ve tried all tips of turning on my MacBook Air and it still has a blank screen.

How do I contact Apple Support if I cannot turn on my MacBook in order to get my serial number?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.12

Find the serial number of your Apple product - https://support.apple.com/HT204308


If you don't have your product or it won't turn on

If you have your product's original packaging, you can check the barcode to find the serial number.

You can also find your product's serial number on the original product receipt or invoice.


If you don't have any of those then you'll have to call Apple without it.


Contact Apple for support and service --> "See a list of Apple phone numbers around the world."
