mac m1 mini

Just connected my brand new Mac M1 Mini to my new monitor with HDMI to HDMI. The monitor fires up, the Mac fires up and then I get two pictures on the screen. I have attached. I do not know what to do from here. The second picture looks like the side of a laptop and I assume the first is to look like a tower. Anyhow, I don't know what to do to get passed this. Can anyone help? See attached pictures. Of course I can't even use my keyboard and mouse at this point. Should I just use a Thunderbolt 3 USB-C to connect? Thanks for any help provided. It means to connect a keyboard and a mouse. You could just plug them in if they don't work with bluetooth.
