iPad stuck on update

Hello, I recently tried to update my iPad to the newest iOS but it just stalls out when it is almost complete. Even if I drain the battery and try to turn it on again it automatically will go to the update queue. It has been about a week and I have tried everything. Any advice or program that I can use to fix this? It is permanently stuck on the update. Restarting has not worked and neither has apeaksoft.

Hi it sound like your iPad is stuck in a boot loop. In order to fix this you would need a Mac using finder or a pc using iTunes.
